There will practically always be sperm in a guy's ejaculate. Sometimes rumors go around about things a guy can do (like masturbating) before sex to get rid of the sperm so that next time he ejaculates there won't be any. But none of these things are true. That's why girls who have sex should always protect themselves against pregnancy - and STDs - by using a condom every time.
