I have acne on my butt...Help!!

Well i have alot of acne, black heads and even boils on my the crease of my butt. I've tried using everything but it's still not working. When guys grab my butt, it hurts and i cant even sit down since i pick on it so much and it hurts so bad.
any advice on how i can get rid of it?

It sounds like you may have a skin infection – you should see your doctor to find out what’s going on. You may need to take antibiotics to help get rid of the infection. A doctor also might tell you to soak the infected area in warm water.

Don't touch or pick the infected area. Do wear cotton underpants and avoid tight-fitting clothing.
