This is too much medication to be taking without a doctor’s supervision. Even over-the-counter medications like Advil and Tylenol can be dangerous if people take too much. Plus, Advil and Tylenol should not be combined unless a doctor specifically tells you to do so.

Advil and Tylenol might not be the best help for certain types of headaches – like migraines, for example. The good news is there are better treatments for severe headache pain. So see your doctor for an evaluation. He or she will be able to figure out what’s behind your headaches and the best way to treat them.
