Yeah most people just think it's weird. That's why I don't describe myself on here in the "about me essay". My friends don't always listen or give good advice. When I come on here everyone is real and knows how things are. No matter how gross or weird or strange the questions are someone always relates on here. So yeah if my friends found out I would be embarrassed and likely be joked about.

yeah i would be TOTALLY embarrassed..and guess what- i already saw somebody from my school on here becuz they didnt do an ananomous question ..and i live in a small town..so its kinda weird..

i wouldn't. i have a few close friends and they used to go on advice sites also. i don't think there's anything to be embarrassed about at all. when you need help, you need help! ya know?

yes i would too! like they know all my problems and everything, but i dont want them seeing me talk about them. and if they just knew i was on this site, id feel a little embarrassed.

my best friend actually got me into this. she thought it was helpful and thought i should use it. dont be embarassed to ask for advice, and dont hide it from your friends. its okay, just tell them you were just wondering about something or you wanted help with your problems. tell them the truth, if they make fun of you, then maybe they arent the best friends.

No, if you can't turn to your friends at least you have someone to help you deal with your issues. Of course you would be at first but it wouldn't be a huge deal! =)
