I've been on that end of depression. But you know what kept me going? I knew that I still had my life to live. You're 15, right? You've got your life to live, yet! Places to see, people to meet...your commitment says you're dating; that's something to stick around for. I agree with the other answers; if you want to get out of a funk, YOU need to pull yourself out. Try hanging with friends, talking on the phone, listen to your favorite "happy" music. I'm usually a pessimist, but try looking on the bright side. There's always someone out there in the world who i going through a much more difficult time than you are right now. So keep your chin up and move forward. And don't forget to smile. :) *hugs for you*

this might be a hard thing to do, but talking to your family or really close friends is a HUGE help. it makes you feel a lot less alone and like you're understood. trust me, it really works. if you want to vent or anything, i'm here!
