well ... to start flirt .. a little more every time , and ask him for recconmendations and ask him about him ,, what he does for fun... or his favorite movie ... stuff to get you to know eachother better.. play 20 questions or Would You Rather ... its a fun game that a good convo starter!!!

Keep chatting with him occasionally,
until you know him well enough to joke
around. Then just tell him how you feel.
Even if he doesn't have feelings for you,
at least you'll know you conquered a fear
and you can always still be friends.

well you can't make him like you, and after you get to know him better you may not want him to. But some tips on talking to him would be. Comment on somthing he's wearing or if he got haircut. Or if he's in sports you can start talkin gto him about that. And don't be nervous or shy. He's not going to bite you so just be calm and even flirt a little. And make sure to show him what a great girl you are.
