Ok...I don't exactly like these question but...?

Ok so I use to weight like 123lb When I was 5f 3inches. Now I'm like 134lb 5f 4iches. But, I mostly started gaining weight when I started going to the gym.....I don't think I look any fatter though, all my cloths fit me fine maybe even better. Do you think it's muscles?? oh, and is my weight healthy?

Yeah it's more than likely muscle, muscle weighs more than fat soo it'll make you heavier on a scale but not in the mirror :P and if it's muscle then thats definately a healthy weight.

When you go to the gym you build lots of muscle and look thinnner and more toned. Muscle weights a lot more than fat so you definently gained muscle and probably lost fat too. Great Job Girl!

1. yes, your weight is healthy.
2. muscle has been proven to weigh more than fat.
Stop worrying, if you think you look good, and you feel good about yourself, who cares what the scale says?!
