I need some fun, fast working, cardio work outs!So I'm trying to loose about 10 pounds (: I need some fun, fast-working cardio work outs. That you can actually see their working.

oh well i have use this disc called 10 Minute Solution: Fat Blasting Dance Mix. im not sure where i got it from but it is accessible on youtube :] Haha with that disc i lost about 5 pounds within a week. and its really fun and it works :] for foods, i would say eat wheat instead of white, darker is better, like dark greens. hmm, drink plenty of milk and water. fruits are good too, don't not eat because thats not healthy and either have 5 small meals a day or 3 medium meals. hope that helped :)

well, this isn't a HUGE trick but to help working out later for lunch have an apple and whatever else you are having it really balances it out and I can definitely tell that it helps making exercise easier
