How do I stop biting my nails??I've always bitten my nails. I think I started when i was little and saw my older sister doing it all the time. A couple months ago I thought I had broken the habit. I hadn't bitten my nails in 2 months. I was free, right? Wrong. I'm biting them again. I think because of the stress of starting school. Before, when I stopped, I had been painting my nails almost every day.

having hand sanitizer on keeps me from biting my nails cause it tastes gross! i've also heard to soke them in nail polish remover.

well the best thing you can do is cut your nails short enough that you can't bite them.
