It's almost my Birthday! PARTY?!? What should I do?

So, I'm turning 13, lol. My parents said I could have a party. I'm going to invite a few of my closest friends, Taya, Savannah, Tia, Holly, and Jordan. (They're all girls.) My parents are on a budget, and my mom suggested going out for Pizza. But what else? When we're at my house, I was thinking of like playing Rock Band and dancing and stuff like that, lol. But I want to go to the mall. My parents aren't so sure if it's a good idea, and I need other options. What do you think?
