Does anyone have any standardized test taking tips!!??? please??

okay so this friday i'm taking this test called the EXPLORE, it's made by the people who make the ACTs! well i'm really nervous! its results place me in my classes for high school (honors, remedial, normal, ect.) does anyone have any tips for this?? you don't know how nervous i am! please and thank youuuu!
