I want to join baseball in April, but I need to lose about 40 pounds and get better with pitching AND batting.. What are some excersizes I can do to improve my skills? And what can I do to lose the weight? I want to mainly lose my inner leg fat, lol. Please help, I am desperate... And Baseball is mainly for guys, a lot of people are telling me that I should try hard cuz I'll probably be the only girl on the team, so... Please help. I don't want to look lame in front of the guys, and I really want to look and feel better about my body.
