the black bits are blood. since its black and especially if it looks like coffe grounds it means you need to see a doctor because you have internal bleeding or may have ruptured an organ. you will need to get some more help ok see a self esteem group or you can talk to me ok. i know what its like trust me

I haven't been eating for a while. i keep being sick and when i do, its little bits of black :S

i used to be anorexic and have always been sick alot when i dont eat. but it has never been like this. its black mixed with the acid stuff. i also smoke and am wondering whether its just to do with that or whether i should go see a doctor.

I was there once only i was anorexic. its a difficult battle ill tell you that now but its worth it. first off if you are the binging type, try not to deprive yourself. its ok to have just one. it wont be bad i promise. i know it feels like it but it wont hurt. it takes a while to gain the weight back. before that though, have some safety foods. these are foods you never will feel bad about eating. my food was sugar free instant jello and carrots. its different for everyone. next go see a doctor. they need to make sure you havent damaged your body in any way from lack of nutrients. you may have to stay there for a bit but its ok they are there to help you. you need to tell your parents if you haven't. they probably wont react well, but they do love you. dont make anyone try to force you to eat, do it on your own. you can go as slow as you need. try seeing a counselor, it kind of worked for me. they taught me more constructive ways to feel like i could control my life. what helped me more is going to a self esteem group. the heart of the problem is low self esteem, and they work on it with you.

To talk to your friend say you need the help from her, that you need her support. She loves you. she wont think your stupid. tell her you are worried about her too but you are going to try and stop and you would like it if she tried to. dont get mad at her if she doesnt want to and dont try to force her to. dont talk unnessecarily about food to her. just before for her tell her small compliments and just say well thats how i think of you even if you dont.

You are both beautiful, intelligent girls who just need a littl econfidence. i promise :)

this is a cry for help...

ok, so heres the thing my friend is bulimic and she said she's stopped but i know she hasn't because she still is loosing weight dramatically. and i want to be there for her but it's hard because well.. i'm doing the same thing... idont want to be a hypocrite and i want both of us to stop.... but its really hard.. please help..

Ballet dance! Is it too late? :(

OK so a started dancing ballet when i was 6 but when i was eleven i quit the ballet classes, but now (btw i'm 14) i realized i really like ballet and i would like to start dancing again, do you think it's too late?

okay, so i recently just went on birthcontrol about 2 months ago, and i think ive gained weight..

ive always been at the same weight for about 2 years, and ive noticedd that ive gained weight. i had a doctors appointment, and i gained 10 pounds in the past 2 months!!! what should i do??? what should i eat??? how do i control myself?? ive lost confidence in myself...HELP???

How do I get motivated to work out, and understand how to eat right?

I use to weigh in the 190's.
I lost over 50 pounds and got down into to 140s.
I have gained about 10 pounds which puts me into the 150s.
I don't really know of ways to lose weight.
Like the whole what to eat and what not to eat.
I don't even know what I did to lose weight in the first place, but I am happy I lost it.
I am wanting to lose more weight.
My ideal weight would be 135.
Can anyone give me pointers on how to get motivated to work out, and give me pointers on what to eat, and what not to eat?
Also can anyone help me help myself get more motivated on becoming vegetarian.
When it comes to eatting healthy and knowing how many times to eat a day, and how to count your calories and what not, I am completely stupid

=) I don't have a basement. Lucky =P I use to work out everyday, I would be outside playing a sport or inside doing crunches,push-ups, and so on. I guess it was easier then, because I lived in a trailer park, and I had people to get out with, and while I was playing sports I was having fun. I miss being able to do that. Since I have moved I don't have anyone one that lives around me to do that stuff with. I don't know why I had so much motivation then, and why I have lost it. I was doing good, I had more energy, and everything. Another one of my problems is when I start working out I feel so drained, and I just want to give up and lay down. Giving in on cravings is another one of my problems. Use to I could go without eatting junk food, because I wasn't that interested in it, now I have gotten more of a sweet tooth. I eat chocolate now, when I use to didn't. Maybe I should just talk to my younger brother and see if he will start working out with me. Maybe that would help me get back into it.

Update: November 19, 2009.
One of my problems tho is when I try to work out or dance, I have this issue with worrying about people judging me. Like if I am outside running I fear people seeing me and judging me or something. How do I learn to block that out?
