what do you think the easiest sport to pick up is ?

i need a Rec sport, and i'm not sure what to play. i have no experience in any sports besides volleyball and there is no rec team for that where i live.

i cant get bacvk on track eating healthy

ilost alot of wheight over summer like 20 pounds i was 155 and i got down to 135 which was perfect for me i was so skinny and i had like almost a six pack n the best legs ever and i was so happy and now i just keep eating bad food and the wheight is coming back along with itr how do i get myself back to eating good again

Do you have any tips for a girl to get a six-pack?

For weeks now, I have been doing many situps, 100s and planks for 2 minutes. I'm starting t see results but I was wondering if you had any tips. It is helps, I'm 5 foot 7 inches and weigh 125. I know that you can't lose weight from one specific area, but eventually will my abs push through the little bit of fat below my belly button?

well im 5.2" and weigh 89.0 pounds... i know its kinda under weight, but not too much- plus im involved in a few sports... but i wanna add a little more weight to my butt and thighs... any tips on how to do that?

Awwuh F*** .. i need help

HELP IF YOU CAN!! plz?!?!?!?!

im graduating this summer and i have chicken legs i want to gain like 10 pounds.. how could this be done? an is there a way i can concentrate all the weight on my legs like so the weight goes straight to my lower half instead of buldging out on my stomach ONLY?!?! i gained like 5 pounds it just came out all as one big bun above my ass i want it to GO DOWN .. any ideas?

i started college. Ever since i started college, ive gained weight. I was from size 1 now im a 5.

What's the easiest way for losing weight without going on a diet?

Here's the deal, I'm 15, I'm about 5'6, I weigh about 178. I used to weigh 155 - 160, thats almost 20 pounds! I need to lose those 20 pounds. I hate shopping because I don't fit into there Larges or XL. I never find anything that compliments my curvy body. I have a pretty big chest. (I'm a D) which doesn't help my situation. I've tried eating smaller portions, which doesnt help. I do not know what to do! Please help me!
