i need a really good ab workout because i have a lot of execs fat around my waist.I swim twice a week (wensday and saturday) and it is a really good workout... except that i only have practice twice a week. I do not have a lot of exercise in my life and so i have some fat that i would like to get rid of. I would also like to gain muscle so i need some ab workouts and weight routines. i have short arms. any ways i can make them longer?ok i'm a dancer and i have very long legs. in one stretch we have to put our foot in our hand, pointe our toe, straighten our leg our leg up at an angle (you know as close to ourselves as possible), and keep our backs straight. the only problem is that my arms are a lot shorter than my legs and i have to bend my back. are there any SAFE ways i can make my arms longer? thanks! - Asked by Girl, 14 |
